The premise is this: you’re a monster, and you’re trying to build a snowman. To make a snowman, you must roll three snowballs around a yard with a fresh layer of snow, without making the balls too large. Each roll makes a small snowball larger, but you’ll have to play around with getting the sizes just right, which is a lot of fun. We recommend this for the puzzle lover in your life!
Steppy Pants is a silly game in which you help a weird-looking main character navigate the world around them by walking from place to place. There’s only one catch: you can’t step on any cracks!
Using your finger to click for each step, move your lanky hero down busy streets, across slippery snow, and even across the tops of houses to deliver presents by dumping them down chimneys. The more presents you deliver, the more Santa (who makes a special guest appearance) will pay you.
Angry Birds are back! The super-popular game is still going strong, and their latest holiday update comes with 25 brand new levels for you to destroy to your holiday heart’s content.

However, for people experiencing homelessness this season, winter can be a destructive and even deadly time. Without proper access to warm, safe spaces, and without extra income to buy appropriate winter gear, many people experience severe frostbite and the complications that follow.
Frostbite, which occurs when parts of the body are exposed to the cold, comes in three stages:
- First-degree frostbite: affects the epidermis, the topmost layer of skin.
- Second-degree frostbite: affects the epidermis and part of the dermis, the underlying layer of skin.
- Third-degree frostbite: affects the dermis, epidermis, and the fatty tissue which lies underneath the dermis.
- Fourth-degree frostbite: affects every layer of skin, the fatty tissues underneath the skin, and muscle, tendons, and even bones.
What Are We Doing to Help?

We challenge you to pledge to donate as few as 1 or as many pairs of socks as you’d like for every hit that Jets superstar Dustin Byfuglien takes or receives this hockey season. Ask your friends, family, and coworkers to join you in helping keep toes warm this winter and enjoy the festive, positive feeling that comes with helping those in need.

Below are a few of our favourite “secret” tricks to optimize your experience:
How to Use Emojis and Special Characters
Using special characters in your text can be a hassle if they aren’t displayed on your keyboard, and until recently Windows required its users to memorize the ANSI codes, which were numeric codes which needed to be entered into the numeric keypad.
Luckily, Windows 10 provides an easier option: using the Touch Keyboard. If you’re using a PC which doesn’t display your Touch Keyboard, just open the Taskbar and click on the Customization Menu, then click on Show Touch Keyboard.
You’ll now see a new button to the left of the clock on the right hand side of the Taskbar, which will allow you to use the on-screen keyboard. This special keyboard allows you to:
• See variations of a letter (such as ü, ù, and ú)
• Access a keyboard layout comprised of symbols by clicking on the ‘&123’ button
• View emojis and emoticons by clicking on the Smiley Face button
Access Cortana’s Secret Calculator
Older versions of Windows required you to open an app to do basic calculations, but in Windows 10 you can perform calculations easily using this ‘secret’ step:
• Click on the Windows key
• Type your equation or formula into the Search box which appears
• Be as complex as you want. Cortana will automatically group calculations in parentheses if necessary.
• View the results of your formula in the top of the Search results list
• Keep in mind that the calculator will vanish (along with the results) if you click away, so make sure to write down your result before closing the window.
